Copier Audit was tasked with improving the quality of our fleet of multifunctional devices (MFD's) and lowering overall costs for reprographic services throughout our organization. Your team spent a great deal of time gaining an understanding of our particular organizational culture, our existing cost structure and developing the necessary strategic plan that would lend itself to a successful project completion.

In order to ensure that The New York Foundling Hospital would gain the best possible cost structure and the highest quality, Copier Audit's staff developed the request-for-proposal (RFP), offered the information to all appropriate suppliers, analyzed the submitted data, managed the vendor presentations and provided intelligent deployment recommendations to our staff. After deployment Copier Audit worked tirelessly to ensure that our selected vendor partner perform their transition duties as expected and has intervened on our organizations behalf in any concerns that have arisen with the vendor partner.

Additionally, all of our new MFD's are networked and daily we are eliminating redundant printers and facsimile equipment throughout our organization realizing additional savings through the migration of print and fax volume.

When we first met and you described the cost savings potential that you believed NYU would experience on its copy machines, I must say I was somewhat skeptical.
